L to R we have the new birds (3 Red Stars and 3 Buff Orpingtons), then the 2 remaining Wyandottes (they were the tiny chickies! Now they are huge birds!) and Broody Hen peeking out from behind the tree. I gave them some new straw today so they were having fun throwing it around.
The Blue Laced Red Wyandotte Hen has really pretty plumage:
She's just started laying! and she lays some ginormous eggs, too!
I've finished a number of knitting projects:
Just in time for summer, a little snowman
A very silly hat. This is project 9 from the original 18 described here: http://nirethak.livejournal.com/151
The sweater I cast on to reward myself for finishing the shawl. Even though the yarn is mostly cotton, it's way too warm to wear right now. It'll be nice in a month or so, though!
I've been doing a bunch of spinning too, any interest in photos of yarn?
